One Of The Fastest Ways To Improve Your Financial Situation

“There’s a limit to how much you can cut, but no limit to how much you can earn.”

I’ve talked to thousands of people about their personal finances, and one of the phrases I find myself saying over and over is this: “There’s a limit to how much you can cut, but no limit to how much you can earn.” People will agonize over how to save on groceries, on their bills, and how to reorganize their debt so they pay less month-to-month, but they ignore one of the fastest and simplest ways to improve their financial situation.

Getting a bigger paycheck.

It’s simple and it makes sense. If you don’t have enough money coming in every month, increase the amount of money you have coming in every month! So what’s stopping people? If you get a raise tomorrow, you’ll have more money coming in by the beginning of July.

Here’s the truth about why people put it off: Getting a raise and finding a new job is intimidating and confusing. It’s easy to procrastinate when you don’t even know where to start. But here’s the secret, people don’t know where to start because they don’t know what they want.

Tell me if this process sounds familiar:

You start dreading work on Sunday because you’re going to have to deal with your boss. You feel stuck, unappreciated, underpaid, and babysat.
Monday comes around and the dread was valid, this place is terrible. You don’t see yourself retiring at this company but maybe a role will open up in a few years you can move up into and it’ll be better then?
To be honest, you’re not sure why you’re still working here, so you start looking for other jobs on LinkedIn or Indeed, just to see what’s available.
You find open positions that are just like the one you have now at companies just like the one you’re working at. Do you even want to be doing what you’re doing?
You’re way too far along in what you’re doing to move careers right?
“What if I find another job that’s worse than this one somehow? That’s a scary thought, I guess this place is fine for now…”
Repeat weekly for 5, 10, 20, 30 painful years.
If this is you, I’ll tell you right now, you don’t have a Dream Job.

When you have a Dream Job, you wake up excited to start work.
When people say, “Wow, you work a lot. How many hours do you work?” you look at them confused, because you don’t count the hours.
When you walk into a meeting, you know people will stop and listen to your ideas.
You know what the future for your career is.
And of course, you’re getting paid what you DESERVE.

The first step towards your process is figuring out what you want, and that’s the first step in my program, Find Your Dream Job.

I want to take a moment to show you what’s possible when you take action and join Find Your Dream Job. I want to show you the Rich Life you could be living in a few months from now when you get a $10K, $20K, or even $50K raise so you can take the dream vacation that’s been on your bucket list for years.

From Sun-Kissed Surfers to Social Revolutions: How Film Sold (and Rewrote) Australia’s Identity

Australia’s global image has gone from bronzed surfers and bikini-clad blondes to a complex, ever-changing identity shaped by both official propaganda and rebellious filmmakers. In the 1970s, the government-controlled Commonwealth Film Unit projected a vision of a carefree, masculine, and overwhelmingly white paradise to the world. Meanwhile, independent filmmakers were capturing the counterculture, from land rights to gay rights, reshaping Australia’s narrative. This cheeky deep dive explores how film both sold and subverted the Australian identity—and why we should thank the rebels for telling the real story.
