You Don’t Need To Make $10K A Month
I keep seeing people set themselves the same goal.
“I’m going to make $10K a month in six months.”
Sounds great, doesn’t it?
The problem is that for most people, it creates pressure rather than progress.
Six months later, they’re overwhelmed, burnt out and wondering why making money online feels impossible.
So I’d actually suggest something completely different.
Stop chasing the $10K.
Forget about it for a moment.
Instead, focus on the next thing you can actually control.
Your first reel.
Then your first lead.
Then your first sale.
Then your first $100.
Then your first $1,000.
Focus On Output, Not Outcome
Here’s the shift I want you to make.
Instead of saying:
“I will make $10K a month in six months.”
Say:
“I will publish 200 reels in the next six months.”
See the difference?
You can't completely control whether a reel goes viral.
You can't control whether someone buys your product.
You can't control whether your funnel converts.
You can control how much work you put into the process.
That’s why I prefer to focus on output rather than outcome.
Do the work.
Learn from what happens.
Adjust.
Do it again.
That’s how progress actually happens.
Don't Try To Do Everything At Once
This is another trap I see all the time.
People try to build the website.
Create the product.
Start an email list.
Master social media.
Learn paid advertising.
Build a funnel.
Create 50 pieces of content.
And somehow do all of that while expecting to make $10K a month.
It’s exhausting just reading that list.
You don't need to do everything.
You need to know what to do next.
Then do that.
And when it’s done, move to the next step.
Start Smaller
If you're starting from scratch, your first goal shouldn't necessarily be $10K a month.
It might be your first $100 online.
That first sale proves something important.
Someone you don't know was willing to exchange their money for something you created.
Then you work towards $500.
Then $1,000.
And eventually, maybe $10K becomes a realistic target.
But you don't need to start there.
You build the result one step at a time.
That’s the approach I like.
Less hype.
Less pressure.
More action.
