When we understand the each day isn't one more day, but one less.
Then we can start giving value to the things in life that really matter…
Most of us hold a misconception about our time here.
From an early age, we learn to accumulate.
We learn to count things on our fingers and then we grow up and chase wealth so that our bank accounts grow and get bigger.
We were sold the idea that working hard will provide you with a good life, when in reality, a lot of us have traded our time away for money and haven’t really given much thought to the time that passes by.
Time doesn’t accumulate for us…it is actually subtracted from us.
Every day is one less day.
I am going to go work as I usually do, because I have to. I have bills like any one else. But I hope I stop postponing things.
I hope you stop postponing things as well.
We only get so many mornings, so many dinners with loved ones, so many vacations with friends and family.
This is a call for clarity…to wake up and let sink in what truly matters.
Our time is finite, choosing how to spend it is the most important thing you will do.
