Think about the last course you bought. The expensive one.
What do you remember?
If you're honest, you remember almost nothing.
That's not a discipline problem. That's a physics problem.
In 1885, a psychologist named Hermann Ebbinghaus discovered the forgetting curve. Within 24 hours of learning something new, you lose 70% of it. Within a week, 90%. Within a month, virtually all of it.

That course you took last year? Your brain deleted most of it before the following weekend. Not because you didn't try. Because that's what the brain does with consumed information. It decays.
The people selling you those courses know this.
They've seen the completion rates: under 15%. The implementation rates: under 5%. They know the mechanism has a failure rate that would get a medical procedure pulled off the market.
And they keep selling it.
Not because they're evil. Because their business model requires it. If a course actually installed what it promised, you'd only need to buy one. Ever.
Their business model only works if the learning doesn't stick. They profit from the forgetting curve. They need you to stay a student.
I consumed courses for 20 years. I was part of this system.
When I saw it clearly and realized what AI can do, I stopped thinking courses and I started researching installing.
Because installed systems don't decay.
They don't care about your motivation on random Tuesday.
They endure. They persist. And build momentum. When you compress months (or years) implementation into a few days, you create thrust that carries you for months. Spread it across 12 weeks of drip-fed modules and you lose it. Like watching a movie one minute per day for 90 days. You saw every frame. You never felt the story.
Entropy always beats consumption. It can't touch installation.
This is why I'll never sell a traditional “course” again, and how you can start installing instead of consuming.
